How to Perform "Kit Check" on Imagine Symphony SHOP
1.) Click on the menu (circle with 3 lines) on the top, left of the SHOP page and select Order History. (See image below for reference)
2.) A list of orders should appear in the histories. If not, adjust the date settings at the bottom of the screen.
3.) With the list of orders up and viewable, click on the circle with the 3 lines next to the order that you will want to create the "Kit Check" against and select Kit Check.
4.) With "Kit Check" selected click on the prompt to perform the kit check function.
5.) This will provide a list of all items against or on the order. For replacements you will need to fill out the Replacement # column for the item that needs to be replaced as well as the Reason column. All items that are to be replaced MUST have a reason associated to it.
6.) With all items added, click on the check mark icon in the lower right of the screen to complete the "Kit Check".
INFO: If you select the incorrect order to create a "Kit Check" against, you can on the back order to exit.
If the kit check option isn't available to you at this time, please try again in a few hours. Our system and the UPS/FedEx system are synchronized, but delivery notifications are not live and in real time.
